3, 2, 1… The “Humanitarian Makeover 2019” Contest Is Now OPEN!

April is finally here – and with it, the month that fills every member of our team with excitement. The reason? Our Humanitarian Makeover – a heartfelt project where each of us contributes our knowledge and skills to a cause that truly matters. Thanks to this mission, we’ve had the privilege of bringing smiles back to those who thought they had lost them for good.

While society may see them as “small changes,” these makeovers bring life-changing transformations to individuals. That’s why, for the ninth year in a row, we’re proud to launch the contest for a completely free Humanitarian Makeover at the Simić Dent Center for Aesthetic Dentistry – giving people with limited financial means and poor dental health a reason to believe in themselves again, and a chance to begin a new, brighter chapter of life filled with smiles.

Someone humble but hardworking?
Someone hiding their smile with a hand?
Someone who always puts others first but has forgotten about themselves?
Someone who hasn't laughed freely in years – though you wish they would?

Our Mission

Once again, we’ll approach this project with dedication and teamwork – covering all branches of dental medicine with the highest level of expertise, modern technology, and the best materials available. Our goal is to give selected candidates not only a beautiful and healthy smile, but also the confidence, strength, and motivation to move forward in life with joy and pride.

Contest Requirements

To be eligible, each application must include:

Photos of the candidate, especially focusing on their teeth
 A short letter, explaining why you believe this person deserves the makeover

How Will We Choose?

Our decision will be based on several factors, including:

• the candidate’s dental condition

• their personal and financial situation

• but above all – the impression they leave when we meet them

In past years, the candidates who touched us the most were those who won us over with their warmth, resilience, humility, and deeply moving life stories.
